The SnowHotel is rebuilt each winter with a new theme, and guests are given a guided tour upon arrival to explain how to survive the subzero temperature.

Breakfast is included and features a large variety, including gluten-free options, and guests can enjoy a welcome drink at the ice bar where shot glasses are made of ice.

On-site wellness facilities include a snow sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a traditional Finnish sauna located beside Lake Lehtojärvi. Guests can book guided snowshoeing and ice fishing tours with a local guide, and from mid-December to end of March free admission to Snowman World in Santa Claus Village is included. The hotel also provides free use of sledding tubes, kick sleds, and a fire pit hut on the frozen lake for marshmallow roasting.
